Eyelid Motor Nerves 

Motor nerves that supply innervation to the eyelid and forehead muscles

f - facial nerve trunk

t - temporal branch

z - zygomatic branch

b - buccal branch

The motor root of the facial nerve divides into an upper temporofacial division and a lower cervicofacial division. The upper division subdivides into the temporal, zygomatic, and buccal branches which innervate the frontalis, orbicularis, procerus, depressor supercilii, and corrugator muscles.
