Levator Aponeurosis 

The levator aponeurosis tendon of the levator muscle that opens the eyelid

la - levator aponeurosis 

wl - Whitnall's ligament

cpf - capsulopalpebral fascia 

mct - medial canthal tendon 

lct - lateral canthal tendon

ll - Lockwood's ligament 

The levator aponeurosis is the tendon of insertion of the levator muscle. In arises near Whitnall's ligament beneath the superior orbital rim and inserts onto the orbicularis muscle and anterior tarsus in the distal eyelid. It is the major retractor of the upper eyelid.
